ONE PERSON REMAINS in hospital after a fire broke out overnight at an apartment complex in Dublin.
The fire occurred at Gowran Hall on Ballygihan Avenue, Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin just after midnight.
Both An Garda SÃochána and Dublin Fire Brigade attended the scene.
A number of apartments were evacuated, with up to 15 people having to leave their homes.
A 77-year-old female was taken to St Vincent’s Hospital where she is still being treated for smoke inhalation.
Gardaà are investigating the incident.
