The area – which includes popular residential areas like Templeogue, Terenure, Rathmines, Ranelagh and Dartry – is an attractive proposition for buyers who want to be in close proximity to the city centre. While years ago, many of the period homes in the area were converted into flats, this trend has well and truly reversed as families saw the potential of a spacious family home in such prime locations.
