1.#SYMPHYSIOTOMY: A couple whose baby was delivered stillborn still don’t know where their child is buried, the report into symphysiotomies has revealed.

2.#FRANCE: Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy has been charged with corruption and peddling influence. He was questioned yesterday for 15 hours.

3.#OFF TO LONDON: A Sinn Féin delegation will meet British Prime Minister David Cameron in Downing Street today, the first time the party has met the leader of Britain since he took office.

4.#CRASH: A cyclist has died after hitting a bollard on a busy Cork street yesterday evening. The man hit the bollard on Shandon Street at around 5.40pm.

5.#MISSING: More than 4,000 people have gone gone missing in Ireland so far this year, new figures show. Missing in Ireland Support Service (MISS) says that more detailed statistics are needed.

6.#PALESTINE: A Palestinian teenager was kidnapped and executed in an apparent act of revenge for the murder of three Israeli teens. The boy is believed to have been 16 years old.

7.#IT’S ON: The National Children’s Hospital has moved one step closer to being built. The cabinet officially signed off on the blueprints for the site, with Health Minister James Reilly saying the plan was “hugely important”.

8.#MEDICAL CARDS: Calls have been made to extend emergency medical card time limits for dying patients. The Irish Hospice Foundation says that patients should have longer than the current six months without a means test.

9.#WEATHER: It’s glorious out today, but don’t start planning your weekend trip to the beach just yet.
