Billboard fell off wall and onto woman

The woman was pinned to the ground from her waist down.

A WOMAN IN London had a lucky escape after a billboard fell on top of her.

The incident happened in Tooting. The Daily Mail reports that it was a four-tonne digital billboard that fell.

Clear Channel UK, which owns the billboard, said it is investigating the incident.

The Independent says that the woman was taken to hospital, suffering from leg and hip injuries.

She had been pinned to the ground from the waist down, but luckily did not suffer head injuries.
