calling all cyclists

Like cycling and music? ... you should read this!

Get on your bike and head to Raheny next weekend.

DUBLIN IS PLANNING to get creative next weekend by bringing cycling and music together.

The idea is that 50 bicycles will travel through a park and use their bicycle bells as an instrument.

Cyclists will take cues from composer, Merche Blasco, to create a sound score.

The collective sound project, BLINK, is being held to mark the Giro d’Italia in Dublin.

The event is on at St.Anne’s Park in Raheny next Friday and Saturday night at 8:45-9:15.

It was commissioned by Dublin City Council.
