Poll: Are you worried about Brexit?

Theresa May triggered Article 50 on Wednesday.

THE LONG GOODBYE officially began during the week, when British Prime Minister Theresa May triggered Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty.

There has been much speculation as to what will happen when Britain leaves the EU, a process that could take years.

From an Irish perspective, there is particular concern about the possible return of a hard border between the Republic and Northern Ireland, as well as trade and freedom of movement issues.

Others view Brexit as an opportunity for Irish companies to take business from the UK.
