RESIDENTS ON THIS London street may have wildlife presenter Simon King to thank for an added feature of their neighbourhood watch as a suspected burglar has been caught on one of his cameras.

Police in London have released the CCTV image above of a man they would like to identify in connection with a burglary investigation.

At 3.46am a ‘Fox Family’ camera, installed by the television presenter in a neighbouring property on Hollingbourne Road, captured an image of a man climbing over a garden fence and making off across the garden.

The camera had been placed in the garden to film urban wildlife and one family of foxes in particular.

Anyone who recognises the man or who has information has been asked to contact police.
