Carphone Warehouse's new mobile network to create 50 new jobs

Carphone Warehouse is launching a new mobile network next year.

CARPHONE WAREHOUSE  IS to become the next mobile phone operator in Ireland, launching in 2015.

As part of the roll-out Carphone Warehouse are creating 50 new jobs across a variety of sectors, including marketing, finance, IT, commercial and tech.

The positions range from entry-level to executive roles.

In addition to direct recruitment Carphone Warehouse will also be looking for entrepreneurial candidates to grow and shape the business.

Workforce

The new jobs will bring their workforce to more than 750 people. Carphone Warehouse currently operates 91 stores in Ireland

Peter Scott, the managing director of Carphone Warehouse Ireland said he was delighted to announce that we will be launching Ireland’s newest mobile operator within the next 12 months.

“This new partnership with Three opens an exciting new chapter for Carphone Warehouse and for our customers. It allows us to expand our business and create 50 new jobs in a continued challenging retail environment.”
