Cavan is the cleanest town in Ireland - where does your town rank?

The results of the IBAL Anti-Litter League are out today – here are the results.

CAVAN HAS BEEN named as the cleanest town in Ireland, according to the latest IBAL Anti-Litter League survey.

It took the title from last year’s winner, Kilkenny.

Irish Business Against Litter (IBAL) surveyed 42 towns and cities around the country from January of this year, taking detailed photographic evidence of each site that was surveyed.

The results, out today, show that while parts of Ireland are getting cleaner – including the Capital – problems with rubbish and dumping still remain.
