Street values arnt ‘over-estimated’. They are set for example a ounce of heroin is worth a set amount based on what the gardai believe it would be worth when sold in deals on the street, hence ‘street value’. This value is set and will be the same every time

Again as eagle eye stated,it’s “street value”.which means for example, 1kg of drugs for might be mixed with other mixing agents to make 3kg of it to sell on the street.
