1.#SPEAK UP: The Taoiseach has not been asked to refrain from commenting on whether he was recalled for the Fennelly Commission, according to the Sunday Times. He had previously said it would have been an “offence” to comment.

2. #CRISIS: An emergency meeting by the UN Security Council will be held today to discuss the worsening situation in Yemen. It comes as US troops evacuate a base due to the advance of al-Qaeda fighters

3. #DIZZY: Government officials said they were “spinning” the amount of land available for new homes, the Sunday Independent reports. A Department of Environment official said in an email that “the figure includes land not yet zoned… without planning permission”.

4. #ATTACKS: Islamic State has published the names of 100 members of the US army, and is calling for ‘lone wolf’ attacks against them. The Pentagon says the details of servicemen was already in the public domain.

5. #SPLASH: A row is brewing between Irish Water and Denis O’Brien’s Siteserv over who will pick up the tab for extra costs incurred due to protests, the Sunday Business Posts reports. The bill – estimated to be as much as €5 million – is for video monitoring and delays.

6. #SINN FEIN: A Belfast woman whose brother was killed in a ‘punishment attack’ says Gerry Adams told her family that those who did it would not be brought to police, a new documentary will reveal.

7. #SECURITY: Today’s papers contain details of security advice given to TDs over fears of attacks by protesters. The issues covered by gardaí range from installing panic buttons to handling an incident of self-immolation.

8. #BACK AGAIN: After making headlines earlier this week when it emerged that his wife was temporarily his personal secretary, John Perry has rehired his former ministerial driver for the role, the Irish Mail on Sunday reveals.

9. #SIX NATIONS: As you might have heard, the Irish rugby team are now back-to-back Six Nations champions. However, coach Joe Schmidt has explained this will be put to one side soon as he travels abroad for his son to receive specialist treatment.
