First elected to the Dáil in 2002, Fine Gael's Pat Breen has represented the people of County Clare in the Dail for eight years. Breen also has experience of representation at a local level following his election to Clare County Council in 1999. At present, he is the party's Deputy Spokesperson on Foreign Affairs as well as the Deputy Leader of the Irish Delegation to the Council of Europe.
