      Joe Tobin is running as the Workers' Party candidate in the Waterford constituency. A Bus Éireann driver for 30 years, Joe has always been an active trade unionist, initially as a member of the National Bus and Rail Union where he held the positions of Chairperson, Secretary and Executive member and more recently as a member of the Waterford bus section of SIPTU for the past four years.
