PARTING SHOT

It’s over 20 years since the death of Princess Diana, but it is this memorial to her in the English town of Chesterfield that is raising eyebrows.

The artwork was made from all natural materials including flowers, berries, and leaves, with egg shells of different shades used for Diana’s face.

The Evening Standard reports that local residents have been asking for it to be taken down, saying it is “insulting to Diana” and that the local council should be “ashamed”.

A spokesman for council has defended the memorial, however.
