Poll: Should the Dáil pass Clare Daly's fatal foetal abnormalities bill?

Is it time to update the law?

THE DÁIL WILL today vote on a bill that would make terminations legal in cases where the foetus will not survive outside the womb.

Labour TDs are reportedly considering not being in the chamber for the vote on the bill, which the Health Minister claims is unconstitutional.

But should the vote pass? Is it time to update our laws which see women travel to other countries to deliver babies they know won’t survive?

We’re asking: Should the Dáil pass Clare Daly’s foetal abnormalities bill?

Poll Results:

Yes (6483)
No (789)
I don't know (342)
