Financial advisor Acorn Life to create 120 new jobs

The company will be recruiting more financial advisors in light of what they say is demand for advice on managing your money.

ACORN LIFE, A financial services company, has announced that it will be creating 120 new jobs in Ireland.

The Galway-based company are creating 100 financial advisor jobs with 20 more people being recruited for administration and IT support.

The company said that 30 new positions had already beeen filled.

Keith Butler, head of business development at Acorn, told TheJournal.ie this afternoon:

People now more than ever need financial advice and want to make sure they get value for money, so we see this as a good opportunity to expand.

Acorn Life already employs 300 people in Ireland and has nine different offices across the country.
