2. #CIVIL WAR POLITICS: Labour minister Kathleen Lynch has accused Fine Gael’s Simon Coveney of being “disloyal” after suggesting that the party could go into government with Fianna Fáil after the next election.

3. #FARMING: A new farmers’ organisation is on the way as a large number of Irish farmers have voted to form a new body as an alternative to the Irish Farmers Association.

4. #WAGES: Minister Brendan Howlin has said laying the groundwork for future pay talks will be a key element of the Government’s spring statement, RTÉ News reports.

5. #SNOW: It’s on the way. However, Met Éireann has revised its prediction down, from 5cm to 3cm. Don’t go investing in a snow plough just yet, okay?
