4. RELEASE: Peace Activist Margaretta D’Arcy has been given a release date of 22 March by prison authorities. The activist has been undergoing treatment for cancer.

5. LONDON: Taoiseach Enda Kenny ended any doubts about his attendance at the St Patrick’s Day parade in New York, saying that the sexuality of those participating ”is a matter for themselves.
