1. #COURTS: The wife of Graham Dwyer, who is accused of the murder of childcare worker Elaine O’Hara, gave evidence today, telling the court about a letter her husband allegedly sent to her last February. Graham Dwyer has pleaded not guilty to the murder.

2. #BAILOUT: Minister for Finance Michael Noonan has said Greece should follow Ireland’s way out of its financial crisis, rather than demanding the “nuclear option”.

3. #REPRODUCTION: A proposed new surrogacy law would not allow the creation of ‘designer babies’. This would be the first legislation to deal with assisted human reproduction.

4. #HOUSING Irish property prices in January recorded the largest monthly fall for almost three years, new data has shown. It’s only the fifth time in the last 24 months that monthly prices have fallen.
