THE STUDENTS’ UNION at NUI Galway are celebrating their 50th anniversary.

Getting ready for the celebrations, the folks at the students’ union decided to have a look through the old photos hanging around.

What they discovered was an archive of students having fun, protesting and of course plenty of dodgy haircuts.

They’re now trying to identify those in the photos and are asking people to take a few minutes and have a look:
