Appeal for witnesses to fatal Dublin motorbike crash

The bike was involved in a collision with a car on Ballygall Parade, Finglas at around 5.05pm on Monday.

GARDAÍ IN DUBLIN are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision.

A 22-year-old male motorcyclist collided with a car in Finglas on Monday, passing away in hospital on Wednesday.

The bike was involved in a collision with a car on Ballygall Parade, Finglas at around 5.05pm on Monday.

The motorcyclist sustained serious head injuries and was taken to the Mater Hospital in Dublin. He subsequently died as a result of his injuries on Wednesday.

The motorcycle involved was a Red Aprilia with a Northern Ireland registration.

There were no other injuries in the incident.
