Witnesses sought after fatal collision in Co Antrim

A man in his 60s died earlier today when his car collided with a wall on the Glenone Road in Ballymena.

THE PSNI in Ballymena, Co Antrim are appealing for information following a single vehicle road traffic collision earlier today.

At approximately 7.35am, a blue Daihatsu car, license plate VRM R741 SMS, collided with a wall on the Glenone Road in Ballymena.

A man, aged in his 60s, died in hospital a short time later.

Anyone who witnessed this car in the area or who knows anything about the incident is asked to contact Ballymena Police Station on 0044 0845 600 8000.
