AS THE SHINE is taken off the New Year and the cold weather begins to bite, those resolutions you made in late December might begin to be put to one side.

The cliché of getting fit will be there up for many people, with joining a gym being seen as one way to achieve that goal.

Here’s some tips that might make you go. Although if that doesn’t take your fancy, there is a new form of ‘anti-gym’, with live music and an alcohol license.
