Teenagers charged with attempted murder over Saturday night hostel stabbing

A 20-year-old man sustained a stab wound to the neck.

TWO 18-YEAR-OLDS are due in court in Belfast this morning charged in connection with an attack on a man in the city on Saturday night.

According to the PSNI, a 20-year-old man sustained a stab wound to the neck at a hostel facility on Malone Road.

The man was treated in hospital and his injury is not now believed to be life-threatening.

According to the force:

Two men, both 18, have been charged with a number of offences including attempted murder and are expected to appear at Belfast magistrates court this morning, Monday 10 April.
As is usual procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
