In Numbers: Michael Fingleton’s assets

MICHAEL FINGLETON JUST can’t seem to keep track of his assets.

Yesterday, it emerged he’d forgotten to mention his €27 million pension fund in his disclosures to the Commercial Court.

To spare him further embarrassment, we’ve taken it upon ourselves to provide him with a convenient cut-out-and-keep guide to everything he owns, compiled from records published in today’s Irish Times and Irish Examiner.

We suggest he puts this on a Post-It and sticks it to his fridge.

* €1.2 million: the value of apartments he owns in the Mespil Complex in Dublin.

* €3 million: his family home.

* €950,000: a house in Leopardstown, Co. Dublin.

* €800,000: four other houses in Dougart, Achill Co. Mayo.

*€200,000: two apartments he owns in Donegal.

* €500,000: worth of zoned land in Baltinglass.

*€900,000: Retail property at Phibsboro Road in Dublin worth €900,000.
