LIVE: Irish UN ambassador explains rejection of human rights suggestions

Irish officials are this morning attending a follow-up hearing about their periodic review of human rights.

The officials will explain why Ireland took the stance it did on suggestions made by other countries, including its reasons for rejecting 17 of those suggestions.
