Teenager killed after lump of concrete is thrown at car

“I am numb with pain,” Nassem’s father said.

A MURDER INVESTIGATION has been launched after a British teenager was killed when a lump of concrete was thrown at a car he was travelling in.

Student Nassem Galleze, 17, suffered multiple injures on Sunday after a block was hurled at the Vauxhall Corsa, smashing its windscreen.

The vehicle collided with a lamppost before the suspects ran off, leaving passers-by to help him before emergency services arrived.

Nassem was taken to a London hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Two other occupants of the car suffered minor injuries.

Four men, aged between 19 and 23, were arrested on Sunday in connection with the incident, but have since been bailed pending further inquiries.

Two other males arrested on Tuesday remain in police custody.

Appeal

London’s Metropolitan Police has launched an appeal for information and asked anyone with information to come forward.

The victim’s father, Hakim, said: “I am numb with pain. Everytime my phone rings or there’s knock at the door, I pray it is Nassem.”

Our beloved Nassem’s life has been brutally ended and my family are devastated.
People will have seen what happened and they will have heard things; you might be thinking do I talk to the police?
Take a look at the car where my son died and you know there’s only one thing to do for Nassem and our family. Please assist the police.
