Man to appear in court over Ballymun stabbing

A 21-year-old man will appear in court tomorrow morning charged in connection with the discovery of the body of a man in his late 30s in north Dublin yesterday.

A MAN IS to appear in court tomorrow charged in connection with the stabbing of a man in his late 30s in Ballymun yesterday morning.

The 21-year-old man was charged in connection with the incident this evening at Ballymun Garda station and will appear in court tomorrow morning.

The body of a man in his late 30s, named locally as Jason Flannery, was discovered at a house on St Joseph’s Way in Ballymun in the early hours of yesterday morning.

Three other people, two men and a woman, were also injured during the incident.

The man who was charged tonight will appear before court 44 in the Dublin District Court tomorrow at 10.30am.
