Man stabbed in arm at front door of his house

Four hooded men were reportedly at the scene.

POLICE ARE APPEALING for information following a stabbing incident that occurred in the Strathroy Park area of North Belfast yesterday evening.

Just after 6.15pm, police received a report that a 28-year-old man had been stabbed in the arm at the front door of his house. Four hooded men were reportedly at the scene.

The man was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.

Anyone with information has been asked to contact Tennent Street Police Station on the non emergency number 101.
