Woman released without charge after man fatally stabbed

A file will be prepared for the DPP.

A WOMAN ARRESTED yesterday in connection with the fatal stabbing of a man in Dublin has been released without charge.

The 36-year-old man was rushed to hospital on Saturday night following the attack, but was later pronounced dead.

The assault happened at a house on Phibsboro Road in north Dublin.

A woman in her 40s was arrested following the attack, but was released without charge this morning.

A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
