Higgins stated quite uncategorically that he would not be seeking a second term if he got elected. people voted for him on this basis. Now he can`t seem to make up his mind or is refusing to say what his intentions are order to discourage other people putting their names forward. This is dishonest and unfair . He`s an old man with 5 pensions we are fed up with his left wing mumbo jumbo and support for oppressive dictatorships around the world.
