No injuries after petrol bomb thrown at Tyrone house

Detectives are now appealing for information for anyone who was in the Coalisland area last night to contact them.

THREE MEN ARE believed to have been involved in the petrol bombing of a house in Coalisland, Co Tyrone, last night.

The PSNI said that detectives are appealing for information after a house in the Inishmore Park area of Coalisland was attacked with a petrol bomb. The incident was reported to police at approximately 10.30pm.

Scorch damage was caused to a window of the property but there was nobody in the house at the time.

Police said that three men thought to have been involved in the incident are believed to have made off in a white coloured car along the Washingbay Road.

Police are asking anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area, or who has any information to contact CID at Dungannon police station on 0845 600 8000.
