Poll: Are you planning a BBQ this weekend?

Or will planning it, jinx it?

THE WEATHER LOOKS like (fingers crossed) it’s going to be nice for the weekend – at least for some lucky parts of the country,  so we want to know – are you planning a BBQ?

We’ve done  pieces on ways to spice up your BBQ, ways to make it more healthy and also some sides to make to replace the ubiquitous coleslaw.

Grilling (8/365) LifeSupercharger LifeSupercharger

And just in case that wasn’t enough for your here are a couple more recipes we’ve stumbled across that will make you look at your BBQ in a new light.

Grilled quesadillas

They said it could never be done, but oh – it can.

This is where having a hotter and less hot divide to your BBQ can work wonders – as the tortillas can burn quickly if you don’t keep an eye on them. But if you work quickly and carefully you’ll have a tasty new dish for your BBQ repertoire – and will probably be hailed a BBQ hero.

You’re welcome.

Rashers

Not quite a recipe, but possibly the best idea since sliced bread – throw a few rashers on the BBQ. They’ll crisp up, they’ll be vaguely healthier as the fat will run off and they’ll just be delicious – and you can chuck them on a burger.

Now we want to hear from you.

Are you planning a BBQ this weekend?

A: Yes

B: Nope

C: Maybe – if the weather holds

D: No, but I’m going to one
