THE SEASON IS upon on us.

The sun is shining the evenings are fierce long and for many people this means one important thing: It’s festival time!

Irish summers have become synonymous with festivals being held on every weekend.

There are food festivals, country festivals, yoga festivals, sea festivals, trad fests, arts festivals, dance festivals and even a salmon festival.

For some people festivals are mainstay of their summer, a chance to break out the foldable chairs and festival wear and soak up the good vibes, for others they’re not worth the waits in traffic, the queues or the cost.

But how about you?
