Poll: Have you ever lied on your CV?

The majority of employers say they’ve been lied to by candidates but we want to know if you’ve ever told any porkies to get a job.

A SURVEY RELEASED today found that 65 per cent of employers said they had been lied to by job candidates on their CVs.

Some of the most popular lies included a ‘return to the home country’ which was actually an eight month spell in prison and a claim to have had full responsibility for accounts at a company though the person didn’t know what a basic return looked like.

So, we want to know: Have you ever lied on your CV?
