TODAY’S COLUMN BY Damian Kiberd argues that the lack of property supply is leading to high prices out of the reach of young borrowers.

It comes after a report this week detailed how just 3,000 residential homes were on sale in Dublin and in the midst of almost weekly research from the CSO and property websites about the state of the market.
