@Colm Connolly – France would be in the top half of the knock out stages if they are runners up in their group. If we are runners up in our group we’re bottom half. Hence, we’d play them in the final. I can’t decide if I’d rather beat them or England in the final; I went for France. We can do one over England in the quarters.

I for one will not watch any of the matches because I don’t care about that sport, yet will support Ireland in sporting events that I enjoy playing or watching. your a fan of the sport not of the nation.

No particular love for international football, utter mind numbing garbage 99% of the time but i will watch the tournament anyhow because it might bridge the gap until real football returns.
