The Euro/Dollar exchange rate has dropped about 15% since May.

Oil is mostly priced in Dollars.

So it is 15% dearer for European companies to buy Oil with Euros since May.

So while it has dropped in price, it takes more Euro to buy it. Leaving it all in a heap.

Not that I would expect it to come down much if the exchange rate hadn’t changed.

How about giving back the few euro in grants they stole from the Disabled and left them screwed and not able to get around all they have to do is increase the VRT/VAT allowance.
