With regards to Priory hall…..I’m sorry that light regulation and pathetic building standards are landing homeowners in trouble. The builders should be prosecuted and actually see jail time. Last winter my plumbing froze and fractured. It was under the ground floor. I had to pay the *substantial* repair bill myself. Mr and Mrs tax-payer did not come to my rescue. Tax-payers should not be left to pick-up the bill for dodgy developments. Go after the assets of the developers (and whatever they recently transferred to the missus).

    I could not agree more with you… The government thinks it can solve this issue by bailing the developer out.. The government should back off and not debate such matters..
