    Two questions Catriona.

Do you think a person should receive a greater sentence for murdering a 2 year old over a 20 year old?
Do you think a person should receive the same sentence regardless of their age?

Tommy the thing is that he violated his parole by posessing child pornography. In terms of his original sentence this was admissable in the sense that his suspended years should have been revoked to ensure public I.e. childrens safety. Particularly in light of the fact that he now has a new identity. I for 1 would not like to see my kids at risk from him.
