Have a look at the plans for 25 brand new redbrick houses in Dublin

These Edwardian-style three and four-bedroom homes are inspired by some of Dublin’s oldest villages.

THE FIRST PHASE OF Citywest Village, where there will be at least 25 A-rated homes for sale all designed in traditional Edwardian style, will be unveiled this spring.

The houses will be spacious three and four-bedroom homes ranging from approximately 109 square metres (1,170 square feet) to 131 square metres (1,405 square feet). All of them are two-storey.

Prices are available on application and prospective buyers are invited to register their interest in the development here to be the first to know about the launch.

The houses are available as townhouses, semi-detached and detached, and are located near Citywest Shopping Centre and the LUAS (Red Line), providing easy access to Dublin city centre.

The development is also only a few minutes’ drive from the M7 and very convenient to the M50 for routes around the country.
