67-year-old man dies after Killarney road collision

He was the sole occupant of the car and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A MAN HAS been killed in a single vehicle collision near Killarney in Co. Kerry this evening.

The 67-year-old man was driving the car on the N22, the main Killarney to Cork Road, at about 3.30pm today when the crash occurred.

He was the sole occupant of the car and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The man’s body was removed to Kerry General Hospital and gardaí area appealing for witnesses to contact them.
