Toblerone-scoffing Alan is back for a spin-off film (you’ve seen his TV show, right?) that looks at what happens when North Norfolk Digital, the radio station he works for, is taken over by a multinational conglomerate. Our own Colm Meaney plays Partridge’s very unhappy colleague Pat Farrell, who takes the station hostage, and Alan is the man charged with sorting things out.
