A CARGO PLANE HAS CRASHED onto a busy highway in Dubai. A number of cars were set on fire, and emergency services are rushing to the area. One unnamed UAE official told Al Arabiya that the plane caught fire at it attempted to land at Dubai International Airport nearby.
