That guy who said that poor people are sicker people makes an excellent point.

The trick is to make poor people richer by, for example, removing barriers to employment such as the minimum wage, by elminating incentives to not work such as welfare payments far in excess of those in EU neighbours.

On the other side of the equation, if medical staff were paid the same as in, say France or Germany (ie half), or drugs cost the same (ie quarter), both easily achieved by opening up the market for doctors and pharmaceuticals, the cost of medical care would plunge and medical budgets would spread much wider.

So basically, it’s an attempt to win over the 15% by mocking them?
