A Nintendo game called ‘Love Plus’ that allows you to date a virtual girlfriend is gaining popularity with men in Japan. One of Business Insider’s female writers decided to try out a phone app with a similar idea and though she noted the general whiff of sexism off it, she saw some value in it as well.
