Post Office Raid

Co Wexford post office raided by armed man

Man made off with undisclosed amount of money from post office in Ramsgrange this morning.

AN UNDISCLOSED AMOUNT OF cash was stolen during a post office raid in Ramsgrange, Co Wexford this morning.

At around 10.15am, an armed man wearing a balaclava entered the post office and threatened a staff member.

He is believed to have escaped from the scene in a dark-coloured Volkwagen Passat.

No one was injured in the raid, and no arrests have been made.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have any information regarding the incident to contact them at Duncannon Garda Station on 051 389102 or 1800 666 111.
