WIN: Dinner for two in Gourmet Food Parlour

SICK OF THIS cold snap? Maybe an extremely tasty dinner might help? Gourmet Food Parlour have been serving up delicious, comforting Irish food made from fresh, Irish produce for anyone who has been feeling the cold this month.

To give you a taste, their menu includes the likes of maple salmon fillet with roasted rosemary and garlic potatoes, pan-fried chicken with chorizo mash and duck confit with caramelised apple glaze and horseradish mash. They even have a dedicated Mother’s Day menu.

Set up twelve years ago by owners Lorraine Heskin and Lorraine Byrne, Gourmet Food Parlour serves up a funky style of food using simple, locally-sourced ingredients.

Their locations include Dun Laoghaire, Malahide,  Santry, Swords and they operate the kitchens in House on Leeson St and 37 Dawson St. They offer breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner.

Gourmet Food Parlour is one of the largest sports catering companies in Ireland, working with Dublin GAA, the LGFA, DCU, the FAI, the IRFU, Swim Ireland and the Special Olympics. They also cater to industry giants like AIG, Google, Universal, Alltech.

In fact, they’re the official food partners of the Dublin GAA board and develop menus and dishes to complement the training needs of their athletes.

Gourmet Food Parlour has also partnered with FoodFlicker, a company dedicated to providing tasty and nutritious recipes inspired by the latest research in nutrition and performance science.
