Woman's body found in Raphoe apartment

The scene has been preserved and the body remains at scene.

GARDAÍ IN RAPHOE are investigating the discovery a 43-year-old woman’s body in an apartment on William Street, Raphoe, Co Donegal.

Gardaí were informed of the discovery last night at approximately 8pm by ambulance personnel.

The scene has been preserved and the body remains at scene. The state pathologist has been informed and will attend this afternoon.

The course of the investigation will be determined by the outcome of a post mortem examination.
