Woman to appear in court over Waterford city death

Yesterday, a 47-year-old man was charged in Waterford District Court in relation to the crime.

A WOMAN WILL appear before Waterford District Court this morning charged in connection with the death of a man in Waterford on 23 April.

The 39-year-old female will appear before the court this morning at 10.30am.

Yesterday, a 47-year-old man appeared in Waterford District Court charged in relation to the man’s death. The man charged was named in the Irish Times as Pat Keating of Moyne House, Grattan Quay.

Gardaí in Waterford are continuing to  investigate the circumstances surrounding the discovery of the body of a 60-year-old man at an apartment block in the city. His body was discovered shortly before 11pm on 23 April at Scotch Marsh House, William Street.

Gardaí are appealing to any person who may have seen anything suspicious or has information in relation to this incident to contact Waterford Garda Station on 051 305300, the Garda Confidential Line 1 800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
